I love myself.

the One who is love,
He teaches me
I am worthy to be loved.

Because I love Him
my heart longs for Him—
and Him the more.

Because I love Him
He makes me patient and kind.

Because I love Him
I desire to become like Him.

Because I love Him
I live so you may see Him in me.

Because I love Him
He, through me, loves you.

Because I love Him
I embrace the person
He is forming me to be.

Because I love Him
love has lifted me.

You don’t have to arrive complete.
You only have to be becoming.
